RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Return Period: You may return your item within 30 days of receipt.
Item Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
Used or damaged items (not shipping damage or quality issues).
Clearance items (if specifically stated as non-returnable).
II. Exchange Policy
If the item you received has a quality issue or was damaged during shipping, we will exchange it for the same item free of charge.
Exchanging for a different model or color may incur round-trip shipping charges.
III. Return Process

Customers are required to return the item and provide the tracking number for tracking purposes.
We will process a refund or exchange after receiving and inspecting the item.

Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to quality issues or incorrect shipment.
V. International Order Returns
